The main reason behind quality continuity of Budin masterbatches produced by a team of well-trained and technologically compliant specialists is the use of high quality raw materials and the production of masterbatches in coordination with the laboratory at every stage of production. Each witness sample produced by Budin is kept for 1 year. This method is useful in product development and plays a big role on continuous improvement of masterbatch quality and standardization of the masterbatch. On the other side, we have adopted the principle of conveying accurate and clear information to our customers when they face a problem and we provide the best service possible with our data bank about masterbatches.

For environmental management, Budin provides a systematic approach and sustainability in order to prevent or mitigate the negative environmental impacts and ensures the effective use of natural resources in the life cycle. Reduction, separation, recycling and disposal of the wastes generated during the activities carried out at the source are done within the framework of legal requirements in accordance with environmental legislation.
OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System was established to eliminate or minimize the risks for employees and other related parties that may be exposed to occupational health and safety risks in relation to our activities. Risk assessments which are made to identify and evaluate accidents resulting from ordinary and unusual operations are kept up to date all the time and equipped with special fire extinguishing systems to prevent possible dangers. Emergency plans are available to cover all risks. The operation and reliability of the systems are tested every month with regular demonstrations.
Budin; determines the training needs of all personnel with sense of continuous improvement in accordance with the Integrated Management System and provides the continuous development of personnel with the necessary analysis, planings and programs. Compatibility and effectiveness of the Integrated Management System is evaluated periodically and systematically by executives of the company in order to comply with national and international legislation and standards to improve its processes by following technological developments.
